Senior Construction Manager



We are hiring a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review project plans and make necessary adjustments
- Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage subcontractors and negotiate contracts
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols are being followed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Proficient in using project management software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per week for this full-time position.
