Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Os, Norway. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as necessary
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality of work
- Manage subcontractors and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving project goals
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
