Office Assistant
Location: Os, Norway
We are in need of a reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Os, Norway. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain inventory of office equipment
- Book travel arrangements for staff members
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
Salary: 1100$
