Office Assistant
Location: Os, Norway
We are a dynamic and growing office in need of a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments for management team
- Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, reports, and presentations
- Assist with creating and updating documents, spreadsheets, and databases
- Handle incoming mail and outgoing packages
- Keep track of office expenses and assist with budget management
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, filing, etc.
- Ensure the office is clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
