Office Assistant
Our busy office in Os is seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when needed
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, preparing invoices, and processing payments
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with drafting emails, letters, memos, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Location: Os (visa sponsorship available)
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
