Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying firm in Os is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and detailed surveys of land and buildings for construction, engineering, and mapping purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting topographic surveys to determine the location and elevation of natural and man-made features on a piece of land
- Measuring and recording data using advanced surveying equipment, such as total stations and GPS technology
- Analyzing data to create maps, plans, and reports for clients
- Providing advice on property boundaries, land use regulations, and other relevant information to clients
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS programs
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
