Job Title: Merchandising Coordinator

The Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for managing the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies for our company in Os. They will work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that our products are effectively presented and promoted in stores to drive sales and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for retail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences
- Create visual displays and signage to effectively showcase products in stores
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Analyze sales data to evaluate the success of merchandising strategies and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable pricing for products
- Participate in the selection of new products and provide feedback on product design, packaging, etc.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a creative eye for visual presentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to travel as needed
