Sales Manager - Os, Contract Position



We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Os. As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to drive sales growth and maintain strong relationships with clients. You must have experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. A biometric passport is required for this role as it may involve international travel. The salary for this contract position is $1500 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the company on product development

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in a B2B setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create data-driven strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the biometric industry or a related field
- Multilingual proficiency
- Experience with CRM software
