Waiter/Waitress - Os, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking dedicated and experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team in Os, Saudi Arabia. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, serving customers, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with their dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or requests with professionalism
- Prepare tables for new customers including setting utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Process payments from customers using cash or credit cards
- Keep dining area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be flexible with working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
