We have an immediate opening for a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. In this role, you will work with a variety of tools and materials to complete projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalks or marking gauges.
• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings or hardware using screws or nails.
• Cut or shape wood materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools.
• Inspect structures to determine the need for repairs or maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing damaged parts or repairing leaks.
• Maintain clean work area by removing debris and cleaning up after projects.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Carpenter in a construction company.
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools such as saws, chisels, drills etc.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
• Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus).
• Own basic tools (employer provides specialized equipment).
• Valid work visa for Norway (sponsorship available for non-EU citizens).
