Land Surveyor


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Os, providing full-time services for our company. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine precise locations and measurements of land, including boundaries, buildings, and natural features. Your work will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Interpret data to determine exact locations, distances, angles, and elevations
- Create detailed maps, diagrams, and reports based on survey results
- Collaborate with other professionals such as architects, engineers, and developers to ensure accurate survey data for projects
- Maintain survey equipment and manage supplies inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during field work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to read topographical maps and interpret data
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Good physical condition for outdoor work
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Own visa or valid work permit

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$. Compensation may be negotiable based on experience.

Location:
This job is located in Os. While preference will be given to local candidates with valid work permits or visas, we are open to considering applicants from other areas.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Some flexibility may be required depending on project needs.
