Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one online English lessons with students
- Create personalized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Provide constructive feedback and evaluation to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (native or near-native level)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Teaching/tutoring experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs of students
- Tech-savvy with a reliable computer and internet connection
- Available to work during peak hours (evenings/weekends) in Oslo time zone
