We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Os, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan and allocate tasks based on project requirements and individual skills
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it meets project standards and deadlines
- Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, ordering additional supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure effective communication and coordination on projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of different types of masonry work, including bricklaying, stonemasonry, and blockwork
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity for working with various tools and materials
