Job Title: Courier Supervisor

As a Courier Supervisor in our fast-paced and growing company, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our courier team in the city of Os. Your main duties will include assigning routes and tasks to couriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages, monitoring vehicle maintenance and fuel usage, and managing inventory of supplies. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising new couriers to ensure a high level of performance.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A background in logistics or transportation would be beneficial. You must also have a strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure.
