As a Loader in our company, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods and materials from trucks, trains, and ships. Your main duty is to ensure the efficient and safe movement of cargo within our warehouse and storage facilities. This is a full-time position based in Os, Norway.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods and materials from trucks, trains, and ships using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or cranes
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for any damages or discrepancies
- Properly store goods in designated areas according to inventory procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any malfunctions or damages immediately
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing job duties
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow within the warehouse

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a loader or in a similar role preferred
- Strong physical ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for operating equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading/unloading operations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Valid forklift operator certification preferred
