Loader - Os, Japan


We are currently hiring for the position of Loader in Os, Japan. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from trucks, sorting and organizing materials in the warehouse, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders. This is a physically demanding job that requires heavy lifting, bending, and long periods of standing.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods from trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or hand trucks
- Sort and organize materials in the warehouse according to company standards
- Ensure accuracy of orders by double-checking items before loading onto trucks
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently to move materials around the warehouse
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times
- Communicate with coworkers and superiors regarding any issues or concerns that may arise during loading or unloading process

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Previous experience as a Loader or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work at a fast pace to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese (basic English skills are also preferred)
