Loader Operator



As a Loader Operator in Os, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks, conveyors, or other transportation vehicles. You will play a crucial role in the efficient and safe transportation of materials to and from worksites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loader to efficiently and safely load materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Inspect loader before and after each shift to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to supervisor
- Follow loading procedures and guidelines to ensure proper distribution and securement of materials
- Work closely with truck drivers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate loading process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times to ensure safety and efficiency
- Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery
- Knowledge of loading procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating loaders specifically for construction or industrial projects
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
