Concierge (Contract) - Os, Norway


We are in need of a reliable and efficient Concierge to join our team in Os, Norway on a contract basis. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. This position does not come with accommodation, so we are looking for someone who already has a valid visa to work in Norway.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments and providing necessary information
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and dining options to guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional training or certifications in hospitality management is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of Norwegian is preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
