Job Title: Concierge Supervisor

We are hiring a Concierge Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our concierge team in Os, Norway. As a Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training the concierge staff, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, and managing the day-to-day tasks of the concierge desk.

Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise the concierge staff, including scheduling shifts and evaluating performance
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, assisting with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations for local attractions
- Manage the daily operations of the concierge desk, including organizing guest requests, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records
- Ensure that all guest requests are promptly addressed and resolved in a professional manner
- Oversee the inventory of supplies and equipment for the concierge desk
- Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback surveys and take necessary actions to improve service levels
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on local events, attractions, and services to provide guests with relevant information and recommendations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or customer service industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
