We are hiring a Concierge Assistant to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their needs and requests, making recommendations for local activities and attractions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the hotel lobby and common areas.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Coordinate reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and common areas
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven customer service experience in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
