IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Bergen. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a part-time position, with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT resources.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure timely backup and recovery of data.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential vulnerabilities in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to analyze their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, databases, and security systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
