We are hiring an experienced and highly skilled Information Technology Manager to join our growing team in Bergen. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of all information technology systems within our company. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals and working closely with other departments to ensure that our technology infrastructure meets the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the company's overall goals
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrading, and troubleshooting of all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals by setting goals, providing guidance and training, and conducting performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that improve efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions about system upgrades or new implementations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
