We are currently hiring a Network and Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Bergen, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's network and computer systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data recovery in case of system failures
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and security settings
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and implement them as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with firewall configuration and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluent English language skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position. In addition to the salary, we also provide accommodation options for our employees. We also offer visa sponsorship for international candidates.
