IT Support Specialist


As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in the city of Bergen. You will need to have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. This job is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain experience in the IT field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems
- Document all support activities and resolutions for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or currently pursuing)
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1500 per month (without accommodation)
Location: Bergen (no nationality preference)
