Computer Support Technician

The Computer Support Technician will provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers in the Bergen area. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and support activities
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for updates or upgrades

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
