Back-End Developer


We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Bergen. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. This includes designing and implementing efficient and scalable code, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and integrating front-end components into the application. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of back-end development concepts such as databases, server-side languages, and APIs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop efficient, secure, and scalable code for our web applications
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in back-end development
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer
- Strong understanding of back-end development concepts such as databases, server-side languages (e.g. Java, Python), APIs, etc.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English

Salary: 1700$ per month
