Junior DevOps Developer

We are seeking a skilled and driven Junior DevOps Developer to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Junior DevOps Developer, you will work alongside our experienced team to develop and maintain our complex software systems. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement system architecture using DevOps principles
- Develop and maintain automation processes for application deployment, testing, and monitoring
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps methodology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration
- Experience with automation/configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with source control tools such as Git
- Understanding of networking concepts
