DevOps Developer


We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled DevOps Developer to join our team in Bergen. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company's infrastructure, automation processes, and tools to support our software development and deployment.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the company's infrastructure using modern tools and technologies
- Build and manage automated deployment pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery
- Continuously monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with development teams to identify areas for automation and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot issues in development, test, and production environments
- Develop scripts for automating tasks such as provisioning servers, configuring services, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Developer in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java)
- Expertise in Linux administration and shell scripting
- Experience with automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker)
- Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g. MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is based in Bergen but we are open to remote candidates from other cities within Norway.
