Data Analyst

We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations to our company. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL. In this role, you will work closely with other team members to identify trends and patterns in data and communicate your findings to key stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from multiple sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and tools
- Identify trends and patterns in data sets
- Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to develop insights that support business objectives
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis process
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data
- Proficiency in Excel or SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with statistical software such as R or SAS is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
