We are searching for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large amounts of data to identify trends and patterns, as well as providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets
- Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Create and maintain databases for tracking and reporting purposes
- Monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and consistency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Experience with statistical analysis techniques (e.g. regression analysis)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data
