Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer
We are hiring a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Bergen. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms for various projects. You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to build cutting-edge solutions that will drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for predictive modeling, pattern recognition, and data mining
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Utilize various programming languages (such as Python, R, or Java) to design, test, and deploy machine learning models
- Continuously monitor model performance and make necessary updates to improve accuracy
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns that can inform model development
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning and incorporate them into our projects
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in at least one language (Python preferred)
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Additional Requirements:
This position is open to all nationalities. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Full-time availability is required.
Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
