Job Title: Information Security Analyst (Contract) - Bergen, Norway


We are currently seeking an Information Security Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Bergen, Norway. As part of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and securing our information systems and networks to protect against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats
- Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard our systems and networks
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond promptly to any security incidents
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in information security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on security protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of network security principles including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, etc.
- Familiarity with common security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cloud computing security
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools
