Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Bergen. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, outlining project deliverables and timelines
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and manage expectations
- Coordinate and lead project team meetings, ensuring all tasks are assigned and completed on time
- Identify potential risks and issues and develop contingency plans
- Monitor project budget and resources, making adjustments as needed
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Preferences:
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Bergen if not currently located there

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
