Job Title: Team Lead - Biometric Passport (Bergen)

As a Team Lead for our biometric passport project in Bergen, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful implementation of this important project. Your role will involve providing guidance and direction to team members, coordinating tasks and deadlines, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. You will also be responsible for monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in project management or team leadership, preferably in the field of biometric passports. You should also have strong communication skills, as you will be required to collaborate with various stakeholders including government officials and technology partners.
