Project Manager

We are in need of a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to join our team in Bergen. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You should have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with team members at all levels. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1400$, without accommodation but with visa sponsorship. This position is suitable for both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Manage project resources effectively
- Lead meetings and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Asana
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience managing remote teams
- Fluency in Norwegian
