Data Analytics Specialist
The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, develop data models, and communicate findings through visualizations and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, data analysis, and programming languages such as SQL or Python. Experience in the field of data analytics or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time position located in Bergen, Norway.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses of large and complex datasets using statistical methods
- Identify key performance indicators and develop data models to track them

- Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field
- Proven experience in analyzing large datasets using statistical techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
- Strong understanding of data manipulation and visualization techniques
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
