Part-Time Software Tester



The Part-Time Software Tester will be responsible for conducting manual and automated testing on software products to ensure they meet quality standards. This position is based in Bergen, Norway and offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Execute manual and automated tests on software products
- Identify, report, and track bugs and issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Create and maintain test cases and test plans
- Perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not cause new issues
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in software testing or a related field
- Knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- ISTQB certification or equivalent
- Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python
