Software Quality Assurance Tester


As a Software Quality Assurance Tester in Bergen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. Your main responsibility will be to test software applications and identify any issues or bugs that may arise during the development process. You will work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and create test plans, as well as execute these plans to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of our software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test plans based on project requirements
- Identify, report, and track any defects or issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform regression testing to ensure fixes are implemented correctly
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure software meets end-user expectations
- Maintain documentation of test cases, results, and defects
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in software quality assurance/testing
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of various programming languages (Java, C++, etc.)
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 900$ per month for this position.
