Online Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Bergen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. Your main duties will include assisting clients with product inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or online sales
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of online platforms
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through chat, email, or social media
- Providing accurate information about our products and services
- Assisting customers with placing orders or resolving technical issues
- Building rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this contract position. Please note that this is not a remote position and does not include accommodation.
