Online Consultant - Bergen

We are in search of an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Bergen. As an Online Consultant, you will provide virtual assistance and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and video conferencing to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Assist clients with online tasks such as research, scheduling, and data entry.
- Manage client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Online Consultant or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using various online tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
