Freelance Event Planner

As a freelance event planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating various events, such as conferences, parties, and weddings. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences, and then use your creativity and organizational skills to plan and execute successful events. Your responsibilities will include researching venues, negotiating contracts with vendors, managing budgets, creating event timelines, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all details are taken care of to provide a seamless experience for attendees. You may also be required to market events and manage social media accounts to promote upcoming events. This contract job offers a salary of 1200$ per month, along with accommodation provided by the company. We also offer free visa and ticket for non-local candidates. Previous experience is not required, but the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential. The ideal candidate will be based in Bergen or willing to relocate for the duration of the contract.
