Moderator for Online Gaming Platform



We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Moderator to join our growing team at our online gaming platform based in Bergen. This position does not require previous experience but is open to all genders and offers visa sponsorship for non-natives.

As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring user activity on our platform and ensuring that all interactions follow our community guidelines. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and concerns, as well as escalating any issues to the appropriate department.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. You must also have a strong understanding of online gaming culture and be able to identify potential issues or conflicts among users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity on the platform and enforce community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Escalate any issues or conflicts to the appropriate department
- Keep up-to-date with online gaming trends and culture
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure a positive user experience on the platform
- Provide feedback on community guidelines and suggest improvements when necessary

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong understanding of online gaming culture
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Visa sponsorship available for non-natives
