Job Title: Moderator - Bergen, Norway



As a moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing online communities and discussions. This includes monitoring user-generated content and ensuring it adheres to community guidelines. You will also be responsible for engaging with community members, responding to inquiries and resolving conflicts. Additionally, you will work closely with the community manager to develop and implement strategies for community growth and engagement.

This is a full-time position based in Bergen, Norway with a salary of 1300$. Accommodation will be provided for all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content across various online platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and address any violations
- Engage with community members through comments, messages, and forums
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive environment within the community
- Collaborate with the community manager to develop engagement strategies
- Analyze data and provide insights on community growth and engagement

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience moderating online communities or managing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
