A reputable media company in Bergen is seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Moderator to join our team. As a Contract Moderator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring online forums and communities, ensuring that all content posted is in line with our company's guidelines and standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate discussions on various online platforms, including forums, social media pages, and comment sections.
- Ensure that all user-generated content complies with our company's policies and guidelines.
- Respond to user inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other moderators to address any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Keep updated on industry trends and developments related to online communities and user-generated content.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a moderator or community manager.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and management strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
