We are in search of a skilled Finisher to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing surface finishing work on various projects in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in finishing work and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and applying primer or sealant
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to surfaces using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Ensure all finished surfaces are level and smooth with no imperfections
- Use hand and power tools to complete finishing tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Finisher
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and how to apply them properly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finished products
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a construction environment

Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
