Formworker for Construction Project in Bergen

We are in search of a skilled and reliable Formworker to join our construction project in Bergen. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating formwork and structures by shaping and assembling materials such as concrete and steel. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on similar projects and possess strong physical abilities to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Assemble formwork using hand tools
- Pour concrete into formwork and ensure it is level
- Remove formwork after concrete has set
- Repair or replace damaged formwork as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise work
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members

This position is suitable for men who are physically fit, can work well in a team, and are able to follow safety protocols. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Bergen without sponsorship.
