Turner Supervisor
As a Turner Supervisor in Bergen, Norway, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of turners in a production or manufacturing setting. This includes supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and components. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed according to safety standards and within designated timeframes.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a Turner and possess strong leadership skills. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. You must also have excellent technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

In addition to your supervisory duties, you may also be required to perform hands-on turning work as needed. This includes operating lathes, milling machines, and other tools to shape metal parts according to specifications. Therefore, physical strength and dexterity are important for this role.
