Job Title: Locksmith Technician

A reputable locksmith company in Bergen is seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks and security systems. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1100$. We welcome applicants from all nationalities and do not provide accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair traditional and electronic locks for residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Create new keys, duplicate keys, and rekey locks as necessary
- Install security systems such as alarms and CCTV cameras
- Respond to emergency calls for lockouts or other urgent lock-related issues
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with the latest locksmith techniques, tools, and products

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Locksmith or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in key cutting
- Good communication skills to interact with customers
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work on-call or outside of regular business hours if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a locksmith training program
- Experience with electronic security systems
- Familiarity with local building codes
- Ability to speak multiple languages
