Job Title: Entry-Level Glazier in Bergen



We are seeking an Entry-Level Glazier to join our team in Bergen. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for cutting, fitting, and installing glass for various construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all glass installations are completed accurately and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Measure and mark glass according to specifications
- Cut and shape glass using manual or power tools
- Install glass into frames, using a variety of techniques such as glazing compounds or metal clips
- Secure glass in position using putty, screws, or other fasteners
- Replace broken or cracked glass panes as needed
- Smooth edges of glass using sandpaper or other materials
- Ensure that all safety standards are followed during installation and handling of glass

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic understanding of construction techniques and materials
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy sheets of glass
- Attention to detail and precision when measuring and cutting glass
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn on the job
