Entry Level Solar Installer
As an Entry Level Solar Installer in Bergen, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems for both residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our experienced team to learn the skills and techniques necessary for successful solar installations. This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and installation of solar panels, inverters, and other equipment
- Ensure all components are securely fastened and installed correctly
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of solar panels
- Help troubleshoot any issues during installation or maintenance
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but an interest in renewable energy is a plus
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Possess a biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)
- Must be comfortable working at heights and on roofs
- Open to working outdoors in various weather conditions
